The training is to apply pressure on the muscles. Experts tell you four mechanisms to make muscles develop

Applying pressure on muscles can promote the secretion of CaesinusThe human body has the appropriate ability, and when it withstands the pressure, it will slowly adjust to a state that can withstand it. Therefore, when the muscles repeatedly bear heavy pressure (negative load), they become thicker to withstand these pressures. As the muscle becomes thicker, the muscle strength will be strengthened, so it can withstand greater burden. Retraining is to use this mechanism to apply pressure on the muscles.
The pressures that trigger muscle development are mainly divided into the following four categories.
① Release strong muscle force
The muscle force releases strong muscle force (power generated by retracting muscles), and the output alone will put pressure on the muscles and become a signal that promotes muscle development. On the contrary, when the muscles do not withstand the pressure caused by muscle tension over a long period of time, they will gradually decline and become more severe. Astronauts living in outer space will have muscle atrophy, which is also based on the same reason.
The reason why strong strength can promote muscle development and hypertrophy is that it moves to "rapid contraction".
The muscle fibers that form muscles are divided into instant burst fast-retracting muscles and persistent slow-retracting muscles, among which fast-retracting muscles are more likely to be hypertrophy. When the human body exerts muscle strength, it will first use the slow-reducing muscles. If you want to use fast-reducing muscles, you must use very strong strength.
Therefore, if you want to promote muscle development and muscle hypertrophy through training, the key is that you must apply a great burden to the muscles to stimulate the rapid contraction.

②Muscle fiber produces some slight damage
When muscle contraction occurs, strong muscle strength will be produced, thereby causing some slight damage to the muscle fiber (myocytes). This type of miniature grade muscle injury is also a signal that promotes muscle development and hypertrophy.
This is to cause immune response through cell injury, etc., and thus requires the source of myostridium veins, myostridium cell proliferation. The hyperplasia of myosate cells will lead to enlargement of muscle fibers, and the muscles will become thicker and stronger as a result.
It is currently known that the slight swelling of the muscles comes from "central contraction (muscular activity). Central contraction means that while muscle contraction produces muscle tension, it also bears strong external forces to make the muscle appear to be "stretched".
As retraining, muscles will experience a state of retraction when they are lowered or calves. When retraining, we should not only focus on the actions initiated, and decentralization is equally important.
③ Accumulation of oxogenic hormones
When muscles are contracted, the oxogenic substances produced by lactic acid, nitric oxide, ionic ion are stored in the body, causing pressure on the muscles and promoting secretion of catarrhea such as growth hormones and testosterone that induces hypertrophy of muscles. The temporal expansion of muscles after retraining is also caused by oxygen-free accumulation and can be used as a basis for estimating whether retraining is effective.
Even if the load is not very large, just choose a project that can activate all muscles to withstand actual load, or a shorter break time, which can easily lead to the accumulation of oxygen-free substances.
④ Make the muscles present a hypoxia state
When the muscles are kept in a tight state of force, the blood vessels will be pressed down and the oxygen supply to the muscles is insufficient, causing the muscles to appear hypoxia state. Since the chronic contractile muscles are mainly used to carry out oxygen, it is not easy to produce effects in muscle hypoxia, so it has to use fast contractile muscles that help muscle hypertrophy first. The blood flow hinder training method is a training method that restricts blood flow and inhibits oxygen supply to muscles through a bundle.
If you want to keep your muscles in a hypoxia state, you have to keep your body under heavy burden while you are in a turmoil. Choose a sling project that continuously pushes muscles during repeated actions and does not lose weight on the way, and you can get good results.
