Hanmin Testing has been deeply engaged in semi-conductive testing, with EPS reaching 7 yuan in the first eight months expected to hit a new high throughout the year

The global semiconductor industry is ushering in an unprecedented growth machine with the rapid development of AI, high-performance computing, 5G/6G and advanced packaging technologies. With the new application pushing up chip design and testing, advanced packaging technologies such as Chiplet, CoWoS, CPO, etc. have made crystal tests an indispensable part of quality assurance.

According to market research estimates, the global semiconductor testing service market value will grow from US$10.8 billion in 2025 to US$19.8 billion in 2032, with an average annual composite synthetic growth rate of 9.1%. The explorer market is also expected to grow from US$4.44 billion in 2024 to US$7.58 billion in 2032, with an annual synthesis growth rate of about 6.9%, mainly from AI demand and high-precision testing. Wang Zijian said that meeting the needs of high-level testing, Han's products and services cover the design and manufacturing of probe card, testing equipment engineering services, semiconductor equipment research and development and agency, as well as customized product solutions. Among them, in the entire product line of the probe card, independent research and development and strategy alliance are carried out. Hang Seng provides a complete probe card product line, including Cantilever, Vertical and Membrane probe cards, covering a wide range of application scenarios.

Ling Cai, in terms of customized products and advanced testing equipment, Han Testing has been close to customer needs and has created a series of customized products and solutions. Including FIMS white light interference optical detection system, EasyCool Ultra cooling-controlled temperature equipment, Rubber Chuck round bearing table, TF-MLC thin film multi-layer ceramic plate, laser cleaner and cleaning materials, testing loading board, as well as electronic beam detection equipment, silicon photonic round testing, etc.

Among them, in terms of FIMS white light interference optical detection system, Wang Zijian revealed that the product was originally developed to meet the most stringent testing requirements of vehicle electronic ICs. Because it is related to human lives, it is very concerned about the depth of exploration. Nowadays, because AI chips are also highly concerned with exploration depth under large current operation, FIMS systems are well-known as Qingli, the world's largest AI IC design company. It is expected to ship 8 to 10 units in 2025, and the shipment volume will also be maintained even higher in 2026.

In terms of future operation and future prospects, Wang Zijian emphasized that Han has shown outstanding career growth in the past. From 2016 to 2020, the annual synthesis growth rate rose from NT$189 million to NT$1.008 billion, with an annual synthesis growth rate of up to 30%. Although the fixed cost was higher from 2022 to 2023 due to the investment in the construction of thin-film probe card production lines, the investment once under pressure, as the line entered the track and the products were stable, the Hang Seng Index received nearly 1.6 billion yuan in 2024, and the EPS reached 2.84 yuan. After a rapid destruction, since the EPS reached a level of 7 yuan in the first eight months of 2025, the annual profit was expected to reach a new high.

In terms of construction and collection structure, the combined contraction of exploration card and cleaning materials exceeds 20% of the collection. Test equipment engineering services are the main source of income for Hanshuo, accounting for more than 40% of the revenue. It is expected that this part of the revenue will continue to grow as the number of Taiwanese Jinyuan detectors increases. Customized module sales are closely related to the delivery of round measuring machines. From the third quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2026, the expected shipment volume will be very impressive. In addition, the heat dissipation module has been shipped to customers in small quantities in the fourth quarter of 2025. If the performance is good, it is expected to welcome large quantities of shipments in 2026, and apply to "very popular" products.

For the future, Hanzhou will continue to promote film probe cards as the main product to accelerate technological and market expansion. At the same time, through forward-looking technologies such as material innovation and silicon photonic crystal round testing, we will first plan future applications such as AI and HPC. In terms of customized products, Hanzhou will accelerate its expansion in overseas markets. In further expanding the global operational layout, we are planning to set up locations in Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Germany and other places to provide more real-time technical support.

Prince Jian emphasized that Han will follow the customers' pace, such as in 2025, it will be equipped in Malaysia and Singapore, while the United States and Germany will also set up points according to customer layout. It will also use the existing talent deployment of its parent company Hanmin Technology overseas to quickly establish local service capabilities.
