China has promoted Mate 80 for Q4, and the performance of the first-time Kirin 9030 has been improved by 2%.

Comprehensive Chinese media reports, technology news website Wccftech reports, China is scheduled to be launched in the fourth quarter of the new generation of flagship Mate 80. The new machine is expected to be equipped with the new Kirin 9030 processor, with a 20% increase in performance.

After China was launched for the Pura 80 series in June, some bloggers disassembled and showed that they still equipped the Kirin 9020 processor, the same as last year's Mate 70 series. Yu Chengdong, the general director of Hua, said at a conference that the Pura 80 series has a 36% increase in performance and a 47% increase in control flow than the Kirin 9010's Pura 70 Pro+ machine.

At present, the best process for all Kirin series processors is still 7 nm, and 5 nm is still on the road. Kirin 9030 is still produced in 7 nanometers, improving the core structure based on Kirin 9020. Later, the Kirin series has been leaked in November 2024. In order to break through the chip key technology, China will update the rules of K9020, 9030, and 9040.
