According to Romano, Parma is about to appoint Arsenal assistant coach Questa as the new head coach.

Romano wrote: "Exclusive news: Serie A team Parma has decided to appoint Questa as the new head coach!"

"Parma is in final stage negotiations with Arsenal to obtain a clearance permit to appoint the 29-year-old Spanish coach who is about to step down as assistant coach of Arsenal and will be one of the youngest head coaches in Serie A history."
