British media: Nottingham Forest is interested in Fulham coach Silva, replacing Postkoglu

According to talkSPORT, Nottingham Forest intends to hire Fulham coach Marco Silva to coach.

If Nottingham Forest decides to fire Postkoglu, then Fulham coach Marco Silva will be a favorite for the potential new coach.

Silva is currently entering the final year of his contract with Fulham, attracting the attention of many teams in the Premier League, Saudi Arabia and Europe. He led Olympiacos to win the Greek League championship in 2016. The club owner at that time was Marinakis, the current owner of Nottingham Forest, and the two have a good relationship to this day.

Although it is not difficult to poach Silva, Nottingham Forest still focuses on him. Silva has rejected several high offers from Saudi Arabia, but has bluntly expressed his dissatisfaction with Fulham's lack of signings in recent transfer windows.

Silva initially took over Fulham in the Championship and successfully advanced to the Premier League as a champion in her first season. In the three seasons he returned to the Premier League, he led the team to 10th, 13th and 11th respectively.
