SPX Express cooperates with Xingshi Real Estate in Vietnam to build the largest automatic sorting center in Southeast Asia

The two sides announced the news on Wednesday (May 28). According to the statement, the two-story cross-docking logistics facility covering an area of 170,000 square meters will have 158 loading and unloading terminals and more than 700 sorting destinations, which can automatically process up to 7 million parcels per day.
SPX Express, a logistics service provider of Shopee, an e-commerce platform under Sea Limited, announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Frasers Property Vietnam to build the largest automated sorting center in Southeast Asia in Hung Yen province, Vietnam.
This is the project that the two parties have cooperated with after completing a sorting center with an area of 106,000 square meters in Binhung Province at the beginning of this year. The new facilities will be located in the Anmei Industrial Park, a subsidiary of Xingshi Real Estate, with a total area of 265,000 square meters. The project is expected to start construction in the third quarter of 2025 and complete in the fourth quarter of 2027. After completion, thousands of jobs are expected to be created.
