Official: West Ham signs Leicester City goalkeeper Hermanson for 5 years

According to official news from West Ham, the club signed Leicester City 25-year-old goalkeeper Mades Hermanson. The two sides signed a contract for 5 years (including a one-year renewal clause). He will wear the No. 1 jersey in the new season.

Hermanson grew up as a star player in the Brondby, won the 2022 Team Player of the Year, and then helped Leicester City win the English Championship in the 2023-24 season and was selected for the league's best team. He made more than 100 saves in the Premier League last season and now he chooses to continue to play for West Ham in the top league.
