The matching of original embroidery pictures. 1. Each embroidery finished product should be cleaned separately. It should not be cleaned together with multiple embroidery finished products, other clothing or textiles to avoid fading and dyeing.
2. Use warm and cool water and gentle cleaning agent to rinse the embroidery finished products. Do not use sweater cleaning agents, strong or irritating cleaning liquids and chlorinated cleaning liquids (bleaching liquids).
3. After rinsing, just use clean water to pass water several times until the cleaning solution is rinsed off; if you find that the embroidery finished product has slight fading during the rinsing process, it is normal, and there is no need to worry.
4. After rinsing and dip dry water, use two clean towels to clip the embroidery finished product into it, gently roll it to absorb the moisture from the embroidery finished product, then unfold the towel and take out the embroidery finished product flat. Never overlap multiple wet embroidery pieces.
5. Also clip the embroidered finished product (front down) with two clean towels, and then slowly iron the wrinkles on the embroidered finished product with an iron. Here you must be careful not to adjust the temperature too high, and an iron with steam will be ideal.
6. It is not recommended to use oil-resistant waterproofing agents for fabrics, suede, leather, etc., or other similar products to treat embroidery finished products because it may cause chemical reactions with the embroidery thread.
7. Dry cleaning and embroidery finished products are not recommended, but some materials may require dry cleaning. If dry cleaning is required, it is recommended that you go to a nearby regular dry cleaning shop to consult the clerk and inform the other party that the embroidery finished products may react to certain chemical cleaners (such as benzene, trichloroethylene----- etc.).
Maintenance method for the original embroidery picture
1. After washing, use a steam iron to iron. When ironing, lay a piece of cloth on the table, and the cross-stitch embroidery surface is reversed, with the back facing up. If there is a layer of light-colored fabric on it, the ironing effect will be better. Be careful not to adjust the temperature too high to prevent the fabric from being ironed out.
2. After ironing, if you do not frame it for the time being, put it in the book or other flat places, so that the work will not be untidy or dirty again.
3. It is best to frame it as soon as possible, otherwise it will be a pity to get wet. There are many places where cross stitch can be mounted, and it is relatively professional. There are also many places to sell paintings to frame. Keep it in mind, just keep it sun and moisture-proof!
